1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By using Suut services, you accept the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we recommend that you do not use our services.

2. Services Offered: Suut provides cultural artistic experiences in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico. These experiences include events, workshops, tours and other activities related to local culture and art.

3. Reservations and Payments: By booking an experience through our website, you agree to pay the full amount specified in the reservation. Payments are made online through secure payment methods.

4. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policies. Once the reservation is made, the amount paid is not refundable unless an extraordinary event occurs that prevents the experience from taking place. Suut will assess such cases on an individual basis and may consider a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

With this update, it is clarified that refunds are not automatic once the reservation is made and it is specified that they will only be considered in extraordinary cases that prevent the experience from being carried out.

5. User Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking an experience. You are also responsible for following the instructions and rules established during the experience.

6. Intellectual Property: You grant Suut the non-exclusive, perpetual right to use any photos or videos taken during a Suut experience in the promotion and marketing of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, websites, print and digital promotional materials. You waive any compensation or royalties for the use of your image in accordance with this clause.

7. Limitation of Liability: Suut is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions: Suut reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes through our website.
