We are proud that "Taller Maya Santa Ana" is the home of our artistic and cultural experiences. Located in the heart of Mérida, in front of the charming Parque Santa Ana, this space offers us the perfect environment for you to immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage of Mesoamerican instruments.

  • What should I bring to the experience?
    We recommend that you bring your own water to stay hydrated during the session. Comfortable clothing to move freely and enjoy the experience. If you participate in the Soundhealing experience, it is recommended to bring a mat. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you.
  • Should I arrive early?
    Yes, we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and prepare for the session.
  • What happens if I arrive late?
    We recommend that you arrive on time to make the most of the experience. If you arrive late, please try to enter quietly so as not to disrupt other participants.
  • What languages are spoken during the workshop?
    Our experiences are led by an instructor who speaks both Spanish and English, so that all participants can follow and enjoy the activity.
  • Are there any physical requirements to participate?
    Our experiences are designed to be accessible to everyone. However, if you have any specific physical conditions, please let us know in advance to ensure you can participate comfortably.
  • Is there an age limit to participate in the experiences?
    No, our experiences are open to all ages. However, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Are photos and videos allowed during the workshop?
    We want you to enjoy and be present in the experience, but we understand that you want to capture memories. You are welcome to take photos and short videos, as long as they do not disrupt the session or other participants.
  • Where do the experiences take place?
    Our experiences take place at the Santa Ana Maya Workshop, located in the center of Mérida, in front of Santa Ana Park.
  • Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?
    Cancellations are non-refundable. However, if you contact us at least 12 hours in advance, we can reschedule your reservation for a future experience.
  • What payment options are available?
    It is recommended to make the payment through our website to secure your spot. However, there is also the option to pay in cash 24 hours in advance at the Taller Maya Santa Ana point of sale.
  • How can I get more information or ask additional questions?
